Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a small oven-safe dish or ramekin.
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add the kvarg, almond milk, and maple syrup (or sweetener) to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined and the oats are fully moistened.
Gently fold in half of the mixed berries.
Pour the mixture into your prepared oven-safe dish. Top with the remaining mixed berries.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the oats are set and golden brown on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out mostly clean.
