50 g Rolled Oats
150 g Kvarg (Quark) 0.2% fat
Protein Source
20 g Whey Protein Powder (vanilla or unflavored)

100 ml Almond Milk (unsweetened)
80 g Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
5 g Chia Seeds
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Maple Syrup (or preferred sweetener)

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a small oven-safe dish or ramekin.

In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Add the kvarg, almond milk, and maple syrup (or sweetener) to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined and the oats are fully moistened.
