Combine all ingredients (frozen mixed berries, kvarg, almond milk, spinach, chia seeds, and honey/maple syrup if using) in a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
For an extra boost of healthy fats and flavor, add 1 tablespoon of almond butter or a few walnuts before blending. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add 2-3 ice cubes.
